I guess I'm enrolled at this school now, which... I still don't 100% understand what that means? But as long as I'm going to be staying here, I might as well introduce myself. So, hi. I'm Undine Wells, AKA Alchemical Water, and I'm a Magical Girl.
...Actually if we're all here from different worlds, maybe that doesn't mean anything to other people? I don't know, maybe magic operates differently in different worlds. The short version is that I can use my abilities to manipulate water, and I use that power to fight monsters. I'm pretty sure I heard something about monsters existing here during the campus tour, so I'll probably just stick to doing what I'm used to.
I understand the basic idea that we're here to correct some kind of major mistakes we made before coming here, so... until I have a more concrete idea of what to do, I want to focus on becoming stronger. That's what it comes down to if you lose a fight, right?
This got kind of weird meandering, so I'll cut myself off here, sorry. I hope we can all get along.

Old habits die hard, and even without a monster attack announcement, nightfall finds Undine on patrol.
Of course, this city's not under nightly monster invasion, so there's not much to patrol for. Instead, Alchemical Water just spends a couple hours on the rooftops, skating from building to building on a thin sheet of water, on the lookout for anything and finding approximately nothing. In a more peaceful world, the patrol ends up turning into a more meditative exercise, giving her time to sort out her own thoughts for a while and take in the city at the same time. By midnight, though, it's become clear that nothing's coming to attack the local populace, and instead of roving in search of violence, Undine finds herself sitting on the edge of the roof of the library, looking out over the sprawling campus below.
As she does, her mind inevitably turns to time. If she's here, doesn't that mean that she's been given a chance to go back and fix a mistake she already made? If that's the case, why wouldn't it be possible to go back a little further and fix something else? What are the rules? What is 'destiny'?
Undine tunes out the world around her as questions without answers tumble through her head.
